irig on iphone as an effects processor

I just wondered if anyone is doing this with a synth. I want to run my alesis Ion through the irig input through reverb and other effects. This is probably possible with the irig app but I cant seem to get it sounding right with the reverb on. Anybody else doing this.

I would probabaly prefer the Line6 Mobile In since it's stereo.
But the App must be CoreAudio Compatible. Besids the Pot Mobile Software is really nice.
the iRig only has mono input only. But Yes, according to the specs this will work.
But if you have a little soldering skill and mono is OK for you you can use the iTouch Electret MIC-In with electret microphone input to bring the line-level down.
