Doesn't touchOSC do pretty much the same thing?

I think yes and no. I get the impression that the interface in lemur can be more dynamic. Maybe like a hybrid of touchosc and konkreet performer.

That would be cool then - I tend to use KP much more than touchOSC precisely because I like the dynamism (particularly the morphing)

Here are the objects:

The multiball and ring area objects look to have some potential.

Hope it's not just a rumour!

Looks amazing. It's of course a fantastic price, considering what it does and compared to the original, but.. seems like it's hard to sell $50 apps, especially when launching just before christmas I guess. My mailbox is stuffed with offers on discounted VSTs and sample libraries I really want. If they'd had some kind of launch offer, that so many other apps have, I bet they'd sell loads of this. Hope they do anyway, but I won't be able to get it now.

Well, if you had an original lemur you could get the app for half price :P

I baulked at the price initially which shows how we've got used to $5 apps, but I wouldn't think twice about buying a vst with this potential

Yeah.. it's definitely worth it, no question about it, being stuck at their website and the screenshots and specs for the last 20 mins, I'm grippped by such a.. lust I can't control. Seems like granny isn't getting any christmas presents this year.

Truly amazing, this is THE APP that fully justifies my iPad purchase.

I was a bit worry about the workflow, having to use an external editor, but you can sync it automatically, any little change is instantly updated on the iPad.

KP has something similar to these but can the balls be bounced? If so I'm sold

I would like to read some reviews and watch some vids first, before shelling out 50 bucks for a single app, no matter what app it is...

Set the physics to Mass-Spring, friction to 0.0 and the balls will bounce forever.

Didn't try yet, but I think that you could even change some properties (like speed) using an extra slider.
And the scripting should add even more fun.

I'm really impressed so far, I have already midi touch, touch osc, ... but not too happy with any of them and I was close to code my own iOS app. These guys just saved me a lot of work :D

Fantastic - just bought it - don't have time to play with it till this evening though (supposed to be working  )
