Albino 3 Demo Crashes Eleven Rack

Albino 3 demo crashes my Eleven Rack, i have to restart computer to get it working again.
Seems to crash when i click through the patches.
Any Ideas?
I want to buy this thing today, but not if its gonna do this with the demo!

Oh,ok... sorry, I am Running MAC i5/Pro Tools 8.0.5
I installed the Albino 3 demo, comes with demo patches
it crashed on the patch A3 LowLandSplit, but not sure if it is just random or not.
By Crahsing, I mean that it knocks my Eleven Rack OUT, and then i have to reboot MAC

hmm, ok, now it lived longer, but then crashed, ..
i successfully slowly scrolled through about 15 sounds.
then Mouse Froze for about 5 seconds, and now no sound. Eleven Rack is "offline" somehow.
I updated its drivers.

This problem is only happening with Albino 3 Demo

I've just noticed that Albino will freeze for a few seconds while scrolling through a couple of the patches, but it is RANDOM, ... no perticular patch, ... just freezes when scrolling.

I've Increased Hardware Buffer in Pro Tools playback engine, but still crashed when scrolling through patches
...
I'm just playing with ONE PATCH, havnt' attempted to scroll, and it hasnt crashed the Eleven Rack yet.

I think this will work for me....
I'll be HAPPY to use it if i can set the Patch and not have to risk crashing the Eleven rack by scrolling through the patches.

hopefully there will be an answer to why this happens.

We're checking this, can you let me know what version of OSX you run, how much memory you have and what computer. I see you run PT 805, which should be fine, at least it seems to be for most users yet :-/ What is if you keep Eleven rack outside (just running Albino in PT) ?

has this been resolved??

I bought Albino 3 yesterday and I'm having similar trouble, PT runs but the sound cuts out on the mbox and I have to reboot.

this not sounds similar to me, so far; please give us some specification of your used hardware, OSX version, PT version and a detailled description of the problem and how to produce it.

Thanks for the quick response,

I have a very similar set up to the OP,

iMac (2011)
OS: X 10.6.8

Processor: Intel Core i5
Processor Speed: 2.66 GHz
Ram: 4Gb
Disk space:4Gb

Running Pro Tools 8.5 Le. My interface is a mbox mini 2

Albino 3 opens up ok and the default preset seems ok, it's once I start to scroll through the presets, the mouse freeze's and then the interface cuts out. PT stays running and I can see the signal coming through on the DB meter of the track. The sound just cuts out, not just the albino track it cuts the interface out totally so there is no sound.

I've tried selecting the 'z_initial preset' and building sounds from the ground up, it seemed ok for a while but once I got all 4 Oscillators going with both filters and a few FX it crashes and knocked the interface out.

I can reboot PT and the interface and it comes back but albino 3 seems to crash it every time.

I have a few third party plug ins and haven't this before.

Any help would be much appreciated.

this should be some good info for Palec, our Mac specialist once he's back in business (might take a week).

Just from my prespoective its pretty strange that you run into it as we have many PT users with
Albino out there, and your setup is not exotic either, so I have no idea and hope that Palec can
shade some light on it. Any additional info you might have is welcome, otherwise we get back to
you as soon as possible (here on the forum).
