Midi automation lost when exporting projects in cubase 4

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help with this frustrating problem.

There seems to be no reason for it, the filter movements coming from the midi editor lane in cubase 4 are not being exported, when I export, the result is a flat sound with no filter changes at all on that channel. When i go back in to albino after the export the midi controller information has been 'unlearned' by albino so have to redo that.

This was initially happening on one channel and was not happening anywhere else in this project, but now has spread to at least one more channel/midi editor lane/albino after I opened that editor lane up to see if there was any difference between the two.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm wondering if this is a known problem?
