Sound design help on this massive bassline

Hey guys,

I am by no means an experienced sound designer so i was hoping some of the more experienced members could help me out. I absolutely love this "bassline" type sound that comes in at 12seconds. It sounds HUGE. Anyone have any idea on how to re-create? or maybe just a shove in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance. here is the link...
