Automation Out of time in Logic

I had a problem with the Automation being exactly one beat out of time but now its not quite a beat and a nightmare to get perfect.
I Use Logic OSX Lion was doing the same in Snow Leopard.
I have UAD Quad (always on Bus's) and Master.
Apogee Ensemble
All Spectrasonics, Rob Papen and Native Instruments pluggins as well as the usual suspects in dance music.
I have delay compensation on a"ALL" Buffer 1024,
Does anyone have any ideas? This is really doing my nut in
Thanks
Jason

Go Preferences>Audio>General>Sample Accurate Automation(dropdown menu). Set it to include everything.
Hope that helps!

Have you tried one of the Logic forums, like Logic Users Group?
Some of the guys over there really know their stuff and can be very helpful.
Just found this
