Hello, does anyone know of an editor for the u-20 that can be used from the pc? This synth has grown on me, but programming it is an absolute nightmare. Plus some of the thing's buttons do not work. I did find one program called midiquest, but it is a bit expensive. Are there any similar programs that anyone knows of?
BTW whoever wrote the manual for this keyboard is sadistic.
Roland u-20 editor?

I have a U220 the rackmount version and I've been looking for a PC editor for a long time. I did find this editor:
http://www.partnersinrhyme.com/pc/PCMidi.shtml (About halfway down the page).
Don't even remember if it works and not sure if it works on the U20 but it's the only free one I found on the PC. Seems like we had a lot more choices in the old Atari days....

Thanks, I will check that out. I will definitely get the 220 eventually. I don't use the 20 as a controller much, so it would be nice to have the rack version. They are pretty reasonable on ebay if you are patient.
