Hi there!
It's my first post here, so I hope that I didn't broke any rule by posting this thread!

I'm quite obsessed with this type of sound :

I'd like to know how to remake the bass+lead combo that starts at 1.00 !

Can anyone help me? :)

Welcome

The bass sounds like a saw tooth passed through a Low pass filter (played in the low register)
The lead is an old skool stab/chord (probably sampled from an old record)
Hope it helps a bit

I was googleling informations about old skool stabs, this could help you:

Thanks for the link, I've listened to the preview and it sounds quite good!
I'll check it out, even if I'm really curious to understand how this kind of lead can be achieved with a synth :)

About the bass, I know that it's quite a stupid question because the sound is pretty "basic", but it comes out in a "cool" way..Maybe it's because of sidechaining, but I'd like to know how to put my notes to do something like that!

Sound reproduction is my week point :)

Actually the quality of this track is more due to the groove/the way it's played, than to the quality of the sound design.

Enjoy experimenting!
