Hi,

did someone participate already ?
I did and bought Spark, but I did not get the promised V Collection and my Ticket does not get an answer.

The store where I bought it said I must contact Arturia and Arturia does not answer. What am I supposed to do now ? As I have registered the software I can not give Spark back...

It's my understanding that these will appear in your user area, once you register your Spark. Has that not happened? Have you checked your user area on Arturia for a list of registered products?

As far as I can tell, there won't be any physical product shipment, just the licenses deposited into your account.

Based on experience with the three-for-one deal that Audomidi did, it can take a day or two for Arturia to come up with the codes. How long have you been waiting?

Post

Two days.
Arturia says on their Homepage that yiu get them immideately when you reigster.

Ah, OK, didn't realise they said that. Two days does seem plenty long enough in that respect.

The Arturia forum might be a good port of call but I think you might already have posted there today? (If not, someone else is in the same boat).

there seems to be quite a communication divide between [1] retailer [2] arturia usa [3] arturia eu (france)
i bought some arturia stuff from a usa online retailer and due to a promotion i was also going to get a free license
well it was quite a bit of emailing and even phoning to get it sorted, but there was never any doubt about the licenses arriving
at no point did i feel worried that i wouldnt get them

so be patient and if its still taking time make sure to try contacting arturia usa and arturia eu separately with details of your order.

Can you sell the free synths on as unregistered?

I quite fancy the Analog Lab 61 but already have the V-Collection so the SEM would only be of interest.

Post

I believe that the synths will never be unregistered, as they will show up in your User Account, registered to you.

That being said, I'm sure that you could transfer that synth to a Licenser (dongle) and sell them that way. At least it would seem logical that you could...might be something in the fine print.

At the very least, you could sell your old versions and keep the new versions.

Still not even a reply from Arturia.
Great communication guys.
Reminds me why I sild my Analog Factory some years ago.

I bought Spark, as soon as I entered my spark serial number to register there was a display below the registartion to select the free instruments(s). Its fully automated, downlaod only, on completion of registartion. Did you miss the free selection bit when you registered? Try deleting your registration and then putiing it in again....

I purchased The Laboratory with the 49-key controller from a dealer for $265 with no-cost shipping. I'm quite happy with the deal for my home use. The controller seems very well built using aluminum and wood and plays well. The Laboratory software is ok (not stellar) and only somewhat tweakable unless you own the software synths used to create each sound.

I did get the 3 free synths deal and those work and sound great. I've used the software in 64-bit Windows7 with 64-bit Reaper and had only minor issues that have been resolved for the most part. No problems with installation, registration, or downloading the free synths. Compared to similar controllers and software for that price, I think it's a great deal.

I did not miss it. I waited for it but it did not come.
I have fear of deleting the registration. In the end I can not register it again and than they have the excuse for not giving me the V collection at all.

Their reputation for poor service did give me pause. Lack of proper response is a common complaint that I've read about many times.
I need more practice, not more gear.

I hear that often about Arturia, however my personal experience has always been great, really helpful and instant responses.
