why i get noise when i freeze tracks? (sonar)

never had this problem before.

its when i use TH2 vst(kinda guitar rig).

i changed my audio card. M-Audio

Try a real time Bounce if your using fast bounce, some plugins do not fast bounce well.

in other words uncheck fast bounce in the global option when you use this plugin.

yes i just tried to freeze track in real time and i hear the sound was WAY TOO LOUD of that track. so i lowed it down a bit and all was good ty
