ThumbJam is one of the best iOS music apps out there. Along with Animoog and Sunrizer.
I bougt this some time ago right away after reading about it, and watching a couple of videos.
The playability, control, and fantastic sounding instruments makes this a no-brainer.
Not to forget ACP, midi in/out, recording, effects, background audio, lots of default instruments and even more free instruments to download in app, +++, and a great developer that listens to his customers and users.
