Click the update in trilian see if it all shows all content as green.

Tough to answer since I'm not on mac. Is it at all possible there is a permissions issue? (I know, idiotic "have you checked the latest drivers" comment

What about something to where you are not seeing you "steam" folder? Or is this just the only one that won't load?

I am wondering if it is a user created/modified preset, if it is a preset loaded with a project (as opposed to trying to load with a new project/instance). Is it just this one preset? Maybe try going to the edit page and loading the soundsource from there and see if it is accessible.

I'm currently working with Spectrasonics tech support to resolve this issue. I must say they [Les - Support and Design Specialist] have been very helpful and quick to respond to my queries.
