How to create a crowd cheering effect/sound

I have 2 quick examples of what im talking about:



The first is just a promo video for the release, but im looking for some sort of plug-in/sample that give me that crowd cheering sound or effect, that i can use in an actual track im working on



Fedde does exactly what im looking for in this remix from 1:00 minute to 1:15.

Ive looked up the Crowd Chamber by Quikquak, but im also wondering if there is anything else i can check out.
