I have a 16 bar loop sitting in Sampler that I want to pitchbend in a few places. As you'd expect this shortens the loop.
How can I pitchbend parts of it whilst maintaining note timing? Seems like a very basic thing to ask of Live but for the life of me can't work it out.
I have considered Slicing Audio to MIDI but sadly this option isn't available in Live Lite.
I have also considered just drawing in transposition curves but this only goes to 12st, and I'm needing more than that.

Can you drag the audio loop onto an audio track (where it would be warped and looped at the host tempo) and use Clip Envelopes to draw a pitch envelope (that would replicate a pitch bend) to your liking?
(Or were you hoping it could stay in Sampler?)

yes do this. and Live lets me do 48 steps of transposition. Might need to scroll up a bit in the clip envelope.taoyoyo wrote:Can you drag the audio loop onto an audio track (where it would be warped and looped at the host tempo) and use Clip Envelopes to draw a pitch envelope (that would replicate a pitch bend) to your liking?
