Hovering somewhere between Ironic Glam Glitch and Insane 8-Bit Hip-hop is the one and only Syphilis Sauna. One of the most prolific breakcore/noise/trashtronica/dark ambient artists of the last decade, we've seen SS tackle any style of music that he wants to. With glitched interludes like The Death Of, introducing the album with the sound of rumbling frequencies waking a sleeping monster deep within the album. Two different mixes of Choked show the diverse style SS can write, Plasticized Hearts shows off the more slick electronics side while White Knuckles is a more Punk Electronic kick in the teeth affair. The broken groove element is always emphasized in the album, as heard with Linked in/Phased Out and Garbage Pussy. The jerking of the rhythms will leave your body twisted in knots. The more vocal tracks such as Broken Teeth / Bloody Knuckles and Instant Law Suit feature SS spitting bars to match is acidic style of beat making, leaving holes in your mind and filling it with com chips and circuits to replace the grey matter. Make no mistake this album is more man than machine, but it will have you convinced that you live in the matrix.
