Any good reasons for me to update Adobe Audition 3 to Cs6?

There's probably some reasons to be gleaned from the previous discussions (I can recall at least two).

The previous version was very much a work in progress. The current version is more like the previous version should have been, if they'd had the time to complete it before the marketing people pushed it out the door regardless. That's my reading. I don't have either version though.

The Mac version of the previous version is pretty crappy, though it's the best audio editor available for Mac (I've tried them all and Audition bugs me least). So I hope there's a damn improvement or twelve in the new version. IS there a new version?
