This looks really interesting. It reminds me of the StylusRMX FX - I always wanted those as separate FX. I'll try the demo and report back. Also $20 discount for previous customers.

I've been a fan of Nomad Factory products for years.

Beyond the 65 FX, one extra cool feature is the Rack. Not only does the rack offer flexible routing of multiple FX, it will hold 3rd party VSTs FX to combine with their FX process. This is feature I've longed for in TRackS, Guitar Rig, Amplitube, etc.etc. Yes, you can do combine everything in the DAW, but it's nice to have a single click preset that calls up your own unique blend of processing once you discover the sound you're after.

EDIT: 3rd party FX support in future updates

I saw that feature on one page, then saw this on another:

•MAGMA will also support 3rd party VST plug-ins in future versions, so you can mix and match your favorite VSTs. (coming soon)

... at least it's in the works.

I'm really liking these FX so far. Of course it would be great to have them all as single plugs too. I wonder how long that will take? :hihi:

GUI wise they are a cross between SpectraSonics and Amplitube 3's built in FX.
CPU hit seems bit a high at the moment.

Pretty impressed with some of these modules. Unique vibe and dead simple to use.

You know what would have made this a killer piece of kit? A flexible modulation system. Atm, it's going to take a lot of host automation to get the most out of this system.

Still, I'm liking it better than I thought I would. If they added modulation in a future update I'd probably be sold. I can see alsorts of applications for this.

It's pretty good, but........

I already own the integral pack, so it's redundant for me to buy it. Gonna play with the demo some more for now before i make a decision.

Didn't these guys write the effects rack for Stylus RMX? I thought so?

That looks sweet.....just about everything you need in a rack. Fair price and no Dongle too......looks like this goes near the top of my wish list........ :)

Does Nomad rack have macro knobs like ableton live effect rack ?

Looks nice! Now let's wait for it to become a new No-Brainer deal :D :hihi:

Very interesting - this is what Tone2 could have done with Warmverb if they could be bothered, the routing in particular is fantastic.

The only two issues so far is their isn't a big lush, modulated reverb in there and it quickly gets very tiresome clicking as there's no forward/backward preset selector arrows anywhere.
