Hi,

I just bought a Waves bundle http://www.waves.com/content.aspx?id=262
I also recieved a voucher worth $200 but how do i use it? I quite fancy the One Knob Series bundle at $199 here: http://www.waves.com/content.aspx?id=11575 but when i add to cart it's either wanting my Paypal or Credit card details???? So is there a catch to all this or do i go ahead with Paypal and an option to enter a voucher code pops up some place? Any advice is welcome.

Cheers

Rob

The rules in short are - you get 25% off on single plugins, and 50% on bundles.

So there is not any $200 available to buy one product. They want you to order many other plugins when buying the one with a voucher.

There are explanations on Waves site how to calculate.

Visit http://www.wavesuniverse.com/

I've bought all my Waves plug-ins from these gents and they offer the best discounts on Waves products I've seen (there is also http://audiodeluxe.com/ but I think Waves Universe is cheaper nowadays). Anyways, I'd contact Waves Universe by e-mail, they will help you and you'll save money.

Cheers

Mercado_Negro, Thanks for the mention. Yes, please try our site before you buy direct from Waves. We are an authorized dealer selling the same products at a discount. Anything you can get at Waves.com, you can get from us at a discount.

For voucher information you can get a price quote here: Voucher Quote. You will also find links to more information about the vouchers on that page.

Honestly, if a thing as simple as a voucher requires 1 1/2 pages of explanation, there's something going horribly wrong IMO.

It's not the fault of Waves Universe, of course, who appear to do a tremendous job.

Yes, it would be far less confusing if Waves called it a 50% off bundles/upgrades or 25% off plugins coupon. The dollar amount only represents the maximum you have available. Unfortunately many Waves customers believe it is an actual credit that can be used like cash. That is why we created the multi-page explanation and send emails to our customers who should be getting vouchers to explain the program.

As of August 1st, 2012 the only way to get a voucher is through the WUP program. You can still buy the WUP at a discount from Waves Universe and get the full voucher amount from Waves.

People just need to read the voucher's terms instead of assuming.
It's not difficult to understand or comprehend if one does.
