The notes are too short because of direct wave/extreme sample converter

When i resample a vst plugin with (Direct Wave) or (Extreme Sample Converter). The sound is always shorter than it was when i played with the plugin in (FL Studio) that I want to recreate. All note samples are cut off/clipped before it has finished playing. All sounds are too short. And all sound waves are only played for a limited time shorter than i wanted and it is only one second or less. And actually i wish that all notes should be the exact same length. They should be 20 seconds long notes/button pressing/hold/note on. 20 seconds release button/note off, so that the original reverb get sampled.

While I've not done it in quite a while, I'm pretty sure you can just set the hold time in the ExSC window via one of the knobs.
It goes right up to 50s length too, IIRC.

My main tools: Kontakt, Omnisphere, Samplemodeling + Audio Modeling. Unify = godsend. Tari's libraries also rock.

Are you saying that ExSc captures a sample of the correct length (20+20 seconds), but the sound drops off?
If so, then have a look at the Volume Envelope ADSR controls in the VSTi. By the way, which one are you sampling? And which preset (if any)?

I experienced the same problem with EXSC and *some* plugins. It appears to be some sort of copy protections. My guess is that the plugins detect either the host EXSC or the pattern of playing single notes all at the same length, and activate some sort of protection that cuts the audio after less than one second after the note-on event.
