This is my first time on this forum. I have a Kurzweil Mic Ensemble. I have set the midi channel on my master keyboard to the channel I have for the KME IE MIDI Channel 6. I also have several other MIDI instruments set up on various channels. The other instruments work fine, but when the Kurzweil is hooked up it plays no matter what channel it is set to and that is interfereing with my other instruments. My master keyboard controller is an Ensoniq SQ80. It has been my work horse for years. None of the other instruments interfere. Any suggestions would be helpful. I'm wondering if I somehow have the kurzweil configured wrong. Previously, I had my Kawai KM1 running on channel 6 with no problem.
