C5, different solo over arrange track

Hi,

Like in Reason its possible to loop over a part of project
and have different solo's getting played back.

I wonder if this is also possible in Cubase 5.

Let's say i have a project of 30 seconds looping away.
Using the arrange track to play them in a different order

but at the same time having efx and solo sounds coming in and out
over the complet 4 minutes..?
