I don't know if I'm doing something totally wrong or whether this problem is easily fixable but i have just purchased Sylenth 1 vers 2.2 for use on my macbook pro 13" . I know the synth works because when i open it up on ableton live sylenth1 opens with no problems. The only problem i have is that this is the demo version, obviously having purchased the full version not being able to access this is driving me a bit crazy hence me turning to you guys for help.
Right i looked on my email i received from lennar digital and they mentioned the directory User/library/preferences/lennardigital/sylenth1
Now my problem is that this directory does not exist, i can get to preferences but there is no folder or file that has been created that says lennar digital. for those of you who use massive and FM8 you are aware you can open these separately from ableton live, with silent its as though it hasn't created a clickable icon on my desktop. Sylenth is located in my VST folder in user/library/audio/VST but i cannot click this as for some bizzar reason it is loading 'touchAble' as my default opening method. I am so confused and am getting more and more wound up by the minute, all i want to do is to be able to crack on making my music but this is a massive hinderance.
Now I'm sure i am not the only person in the world that this has happened too, i have searched my mac (using the search) for any file names sylenth1 and the only file that can be found is the install pack you download from the site.
