Hello , I am using an Audiophile 24/96 audio card and Behringer c-1U usb microphone via an asio4all driver. the problem is when i start recording the latency is around 14ms ( hard to get any better with usb mic ) but when i record the latency increases , that is after around 1 minute of recording it gets really high. any advice how to sort this out?
Thanks!
Thanks!

USB mics dont work well with soundcards. Its either one or the other. You need a mic preamp and oridinary mic to plug into sound card.

One issue with windows is having more than one audio driver. I used to have problems with using a pod xt while the usb was connected.
Is is possible that you are trying to use the wrong driver with the wrong card (like the berringer/asio4all driver when you should have it set to audiophile???)

To solve your latency problems:
* Sell that USB mic (target audience is podcasters, not musicians)
* Buy a proper mic + preamp (or interface with preamp)
