There is rational buying of VSTs and there is GAS and in between those extremes we find "Collecting" I believe. During the years I have been collecting virtual cable modular or semi modular synths, not because I need them but because they are so damn inspiring to work with perfect for learning the art of designing sounds the "old school" way.
This is a round up in which I hope you can close any gabs for me. Please note that with virtual cables I mean at least semi realistic GUIs. Thus a simple line connecting two symbolic modules is not it (like in KarmaFX or in trackers).
Here we go:
1. Reason

2. Moog Modular V

3. Arp2600V

4. TimewARP2600 (do not own that one because I got the Arturia Version)

5. VOID Modular System

6. Audio Realism Bassline Pro
7. Korg MS-20 (and iMS-20)

8. U-he ACE

9. Sonigen Modular (Freeware beta version)

10. Upcoming: SingeCell's modular synth for Caustic 2 on Android, iOS standalone and maybe even Caustic 2 iOS version.

11. Upcoming? U-he Bazille (currently expire-ware):

12. Nord Modular G2 (standalone demo)

13. RHUR (Reaktor ensemble)

Q1: Am I missing any?
Q2: Is there something about a hidden cable patching panel in DIVA? (not that I tend to buy one if there is -too much CPU use for my netbook and too expensive for me for the time being- but just to be updated on the issue).
Cheers
