Hey guys,

i hope theres finally anyone whos able the help with my problem.im using ableton live on my mac.a few weeks ago ive installed the amazing plugins Camel Audio Alchemy , NI Massive and FM8.Everytime i start a new project ,save it and try to reopen it the plugins reset to their start preset.all my other plugins like LinePlug Cronox 3 -U-he Zebra, NI Absynth work without any problems.is there anything what could have been done wrong during installing or is there a special file which is used to save presets ??i would be very thankful for any tips help

Usually that happens when using demo products ?

Can you try to load them in a different DAW or for instance use the free SAVI host to load them.

If the problem then disappears you know it is a problem with Live, and not the plugins.

MIDI files that contain program change data cause this effect too.

So if the presets reset only when play is pressed then that is what should be checked first.

i tried it in cubase and its the same problem :(thx !

OK, then the problem looks to lie in the plugins. Suggest you contact Alchemy and Native Instrument customer support to see if they can find where the problem lies.
