Im looking to get an audio interface and im on a pretty tight buget. all im looking for is for it to be usb, have at least 2 3.5 mm outputs, and one pair of rca outputs(i would also prefer some good sound quality).

srry for the misconception. Yes it will be usd but i do understand that there are other contries out there. How could i not understand that there are other contries out there, they make up 75% of the music that i listen to

Why do you need 2x 3.5mm outlets? Why not a 3.5mm -> whatever size adaptor?

look on thomann.de.. there is nice parameters filtering.. and you can chose by brand:)

I also recommend a Scarlet 2i2. I've been using one with no problems.
If you dont need Midi in/out, its a great audio interface.

M-Audio Fast Track, if they still make it (I believe Avid now owns the M-Audio Fast Track series of USB products). I got one for my laptop on eBay for less than USD$100 and it totally does the job. I use it with both Finale 2012 and Cakewalk Sonar X1. XLR and 1/4" inputs, RCA stereo outputs, and one 3.5mm output but you could get a cheap headphone splitter that will create two outputs for you.

Yes this is true for those nations they're not bombing

BTW my comment had nothing to do with donations

It referred to their well documented lack of geographical knowledge outside of US borders.

If you a) look at more than just one year and b) count non-governmental aid, you'll see that that's not true at all.
