---If you use Garageband on your iPad (I have the iPad 2 with the Griffin Connect) have you been able to send controller messages via midi to control the sounds on this? What I'm trying to do is send a message to the app to turn on or off the Leslie with the organ. I'm getting note on/off but not the ability to control the Leslie switch. Anyone else tried this and succeeded?
My controller keyboard is a M-Audio Keystation 61ES and it works with other apps...
Thanks....

The organs in GarageBand use the sustain pedal to control the Leslie. It's either ON or OFF. Some argue this is valid as a B3 does not have sustain.

The MIDI implementation in GarageBand seems rather minimal. The only controller messages that seem to work are Volume and Pan. The biggest unfortunate thing for me is that it seems to be OMNI only. I have to mute it if I don't want it to play while I am controlling other equipment. Anyone know if I can assign a specific MIDI channel to GarageBand?

---Thank you very much for the information, I will give it a try...
