Sawer , that thing is a lush sounding synth tbh, always gets used. I am kinda hoping Maxx is going to expand on it, and make a Sawer 2 with a lot more modulation, effects and so forth.
Don't trust those with words of weakness, they are the most aggressive

Harmor and Sytrus are both very powerful and can make a great variety of cool sounds. Despite not being subtractive synths per se, both can do the bread and butter subtractive stuff, although the approaches are slightly different because of the types of synths they are.
Harmor is essentially an additive synth with resynthesis using samples and images. The filters and phaser etc. are applied to the partials rather than the final output. You can see the effect they have by displaying the visual feedback in the plugin, and I suggest you try this out while messing about with it and trying the factory presets.
Sytrus is an FM synth with a pretty flexible modulation matrix. That said, you can define waveforms for the oscillators in Sytrus using an additive approach as well; you're not limited to just basic waveforms.
They both have great envelopes that go far beyond the usual ADSR - you can draw your own envelopes and set your own loop points for the sustain stage. Envelopes can be defined for loads of parameters (and each oscillator or part has it's own envelopes), so you can really go crazy with them to create some complex sounds. The pitch envelopes mean you can also define complex arpeggiated patterns (there's a few factory patches that do this) if that's your thing. You can also do funky things like load a sample (e.g. a drum loop) which is then used to create an envelope for you based on the sample.
The two can also complement each other well. If you like wobble basses, check out the "How to Bass" videos by Seamless which show how he takes a sound from Sytrus, loads the output in Harmor, then mangles it some more and repeats the process a few times. Even if you don't like wobble basses it's pretty fascinating stuff.
What's good for you of course also depends on what you already have and what you're looking for. If you have FM8 you might not need Sytrus, but otherwise it's very good value at the moment. Harmor is relatively unique IMO, although it may have similarities with Alchemy, which I've not tried. I'd suggest you try the demos of both - I messed around with Harmor for a couple of hours and was quickly sold on it. I got Sytrus as part of the signature bundle with FL, and was one of the main reasons I wanted the signature edition.
Maximus is also cool, whether it's worth getting depends on whether you already have similar FX or not. It's also part of the bundle so I use it a lot.

I know how powerful Sytrus is, but i just can't stand the tiny GUI. I have no mastering tools currently, so though maybe ill get Maximus. Harmor is wonderful but i prefer Harmless, fir the simpler approach.
Am i the only one that loves Poizone? Isnt it a great little bread-and-butter synth??
Do you think it's wortg getting Sawer if i already have Steinberg's Retrologue?
