mostly i wanna have it for ambience and atmospheric music like those here:

and for nice atmospheric pianoplay/pianolike + ambiences for example

which would you recommend and why? i dont understand all differences from the different valhalla reverbs.

The easiest solution would be to check the demos (like always).
All 3 (4 if you count ÜberMod) Valhalla reverbs are top notch, you really can't go wrong with them.
Just download all the demos and decide which one fits your needs :)

+1 and maybe he should consider buying UberMod, with these two units you can create really deep and dark stuff like Atrium does. UberMod is not "only" a delay, it is far beyond this...Long live Valhalla ! :D

Well there's a bunch of useful presets and you'll see that it's pretty easy to reach a good result with these beasts. The first time I tried Valhalla's tools I was instantly blown away, just mess with it...Maybe start with a high Decay value and a mode concert hall, then start messing with the other controls. The Valhalla Room is more complex at first sight so maybe start with the Vintage Verb. I bought it a couple of days ago and it seems great for creating some dark and very deep ambiences. Have fun ! :D

I just read that Valhalla was used in mixing drums for Led Zepplin's .Celebration Day. That's pretty impressive.
too much is never enough. - gmontano on esoundz.com

Exactly:

"I used the Reverb One and Valhalla Room on the kick and snare and also the tom sub. The Valhalla Room is a great plug-in, and it seemed strangely correct to use a plug-in with that name on a Led Zeppelin album!"

- Alan Moulder, talking about the reverbs used on Jason Bonham's drums for the new live album by Led Zeppelin, "Celebration Day."
- Adam Moulder (mixed the live show of Led Zeppelin "Celebration Day")

Did you guys get the Alan Moulder quotes from the SOS article?
