I recently bought myself an iPad mini to replace my iPad 2 because I prefer the smaller size. However when I use Sunrizer with DAW Multitrack using Audiobus I've notice that when I play more than two notes on Sunrizer the audio breaks up. I find this strange as I don't have this problem when doing the same thing on my iPad 2. Considering the iPad mini has the exact same A5 processor and memory as the iPad 2 I expected the same performance. Maybe Audiobus isn't optimised yet to use with the iPad mini or maybe its an iOS 6 problem as I've still got iOS 5.1.1 on my iPad 2

I have iOS 6 on my ipad2 , and just loaded Sunrizer and MTDAW and was able to play 10 notes with no break ups, so I don't think it is an iOS 6 issue.

Yeah, I cannot understand how the iPad Mini has the same A5 processor and memory as the iPad 2 yet the iPad 2 has better performance when using Sunrizer with Audiobus and DAWMultitrack. This is very odd indeed.

are you sure you did not used a patch with chord memory on?This can eat up the the voices and audiobus performance very quickly.

Maybe it's a bus throughput issue like on a pc. Even though its different in an iPad, some of the dynamics of a computer still remain. Those specs are not readily available afaik.
