I've always wanted polyphonic aftertouch, but I'd rather have a keyboard with proper poly/mod wheels.

How long until we see more full featured yet affordable keyboards with polyphonic aftertouch?

Hmmmm this keyboard looks interesting. Hard to tell without playing one but it should be perfect for playing fast leads. I could see having one in addition to a full sized controller.......

How typical. When they at last decide to add polyphonic aftertouch.. they're putting it in a toy.
Playing fast leads requires firm keyboards - with flimsy or too light action your timing will suffer.

After the VX debacle, and the disappearance of their forums, along with the disappearance of their US Distributor's website - along with my experiences having to disassemble my VX8 to fix it almost every time I pull it out to use it, I just don't think I want anything CME makes, has ever made, or will make in the future. Bad firmware with no updates for years, strange MIDI implementation, no parts availability, can't find a service manual, crappy support.
CME? Aw heck naw.

? I'm confused about some of the statements... I have a CME UF80. It has aftertouch.
The VX series has after-touch too.
I'm actually not interested in this product, but simply didn't understand the posts about aftertouch, when their products already include it.
