I have never bought something from Manytone, but it seems that you are taken directly to the PayPal page when buying something. So I suppose the registration information is sent to the PayPal e-mail address.
But as I said, I don't really know from personal experience.

You can order with any paypal account but as paterpeter mentioned, the product download links are sent to the paypal email address. So as long as you know the person whose account you used, you can retrieve the links from them.
