I'm not sure if anyone else as figured this one out but I'll share anyway. If you have cubasis selected as an input and output in audiobus it is now possible to bounce tracks in Cubasis, just mute the tracks you don't want to bounce then when you hit records the audio will now be recorded into a new track. Another tip is to put an effect into the effect slot in audiobus, I'm using live FX, do the same as above then you can record your cubasis track processed with an external effect.

This way (IN and OUTPUT) you can send a Subgroup in Auria to process only certain files with an external effect (live fx) while the rest is still running through the master out.
