Video of the Phaedra Step Sequencer controlling the Bismark bs-16i soundfont player. Phaedra sends each of its patterns through a different MIDI channel to the bs-16i.
Note that the lights indicating the triggered step seem to go out of sync but the sound does not. This happens on my iPad 3 but not on my iPad 2. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's caused by the Retina display. I have used the iPad 3 to make the video.
The soundfont used is the Chromatic Hits.

EasyBeats 2 is a lot of fun and allows the quick creation and modification of beats or sample based patterns.
For this video I have used specially trimmed/shortened versions of samples from my Memory Collection 05 - Sci-Fi and Aliens.

Sound 8 is a fun sample player app that can load up to 8 audio samples, each represented by a coloured circle. The screen is an X/Y grid where X is the volume and Y the pitch.
Circles can be moved by touch or by tilting the device. Control can be a bit tricky but it is part of its charm.

Fun With Samplebot
In this video, I have imported in Samplebot (iOS) samples from the Memory Collection packs. This is not a tutorial, it's an example of the fun I had with the app!
For those not familiar with it, there are 2 main screens in Samplebot, the Pads and the Sequence. Both are shown in the video.
There are 2 sets used, 15 samples from "Memory Collection pack 07 - Crime Movies" in the first sequence and 15 from "Memory Collection 09 - Sounds from Christmas past / Winter Holidays" in the second sequence that begins at 44 seconds.
Samplebot is made by A Tasty Pixel.
