Difference between midifile and arrangertrack

With LiveSliver 1.5 I have exported a midi-file from the arranger and loaded it into my DAW . When I playback the track with Liveslicer, it doesn't sound like as when I playback it directly in Liveslicer. It's not the same timing. Why not ?
