Good to see another PyDAW track hit the cafe. I need to check whether it's possible to re-task one of my Linux laptops for this. Trouble is, I really like CentOS. I've never been a big fan of Ubuntu. I mainly use my Linux machines for tasks other than music.

I've finished a review for Linux Weekly, it might draw some more positive attention to the program.seismic1 wrote:Good to see another PyDAW track hit the cafe.
I don't think PyDAW is bound to Ubuntu in any necessary way, I build it on an Arch system as well. Given the dependencies it should build and run on any current Linux system. Hypothetically... maybe... possibly...I need to check whether it's possible to re-task one of my Linux laptops for this. Trouble is, I really like CentOS. I've never been a big fan of Ubuntu. I need to do some more research. I have EnergyXT running on CentOS. It would be cool to get PyDAW running on there too.
