This version supports multichannel recording from class-compliant USB audio devices that expose their inputs as one multichannel stream. The recording is split into several stereo files. Some working devices include the Lexicon Omega, FocusRite 18i6 and Presonus 1818VSL, although the latter two have no output support yet.
