Title says it all.
I never bought Kontakt before, so not sure what to do.
I know it is probably the simplist of newbie questions, but I am just trying to make sure I purchase the right things.
I heard the demos of solo strings and I am VERY impressed ! ! !

Solo strings - do I need to buy kontakt? Does version 5 work?

Interesting, because I thought the Kirk Hunter website indicated that the full version was needed,. That would make a big difference in price to use the free K5 player.

Requires full version of Fontakt 4 or later according to system requirements. Kontakt Player will not work. www.kirkhunterstudios.com/req.html

If you want to run Solo Strings 1 or Solo Strings 2 in Kontakt, you'll need the FULL version, not the player version.
