It's not dark here, and the sun is just rearing its head here and I still like the music.

At times I was reminded of the Pentasynth? (listening to how some of the sounds are controlled)

No, not Pentasynth, Kontakt can do pretty wild things if you put the various playback parameters on modulations and thus is in internal competition with Melohman !

Hi

Mike Oldfield's 'Tubular Bells' ; scared the shit out off me after I saw the Exorcist.

As we all know it made up the majority of the soundtrack to that movie.

As a teenager I never could bring myself to listen to it again after watching the exorcist!

Indeed, quite an impact when images are linked with music.
The one which impressed me " lately " was The Ring, Hans Zimmer did the soundtrack but I don't know if he did also the sounds effects / design ; anyway they really fit the movie

I find it extremely inappropriate that the term 'Horror-Core' was applied to ghetto rap..it would eb much better employed on something like this..we need an alternative genre title for 'All shite Grim & Gory'
