Hi guys, some new music to share:
https://soundcloud.com/mystical-woodlan ... -the-wilds
Almost exclusively done in Studio One with CrX4 and MorphoX. No other synths used here, so it can be treated as demo song for these two synths from LinPlug and of course S1.
Iam widely opened to any coments and critic from You.
Thank You !
Jirka

Enjoyed this. Lots of interesting detail, and the breakdowns work well too. Also like the way the kick and bass work together. Extreme stereo panning is a bit much on phones though.
It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently no longer an 'elderly', now a 'senior'! Is that promotion?

Hey folderol, thank You for kind words. Do You mean specific part with that stereo, or whole track ? Don't hesitate to write it to SC timeline. Thanks.

I was thinking particularly about halfway through the last part where you have that HF sound bouncing from side to side. Fine on speakers but too much for me on phones.Jirka Stolfa wrote:Hey folderol, thank You for kind words. Do You mean specific part with that stereo, or whole track ? I've played this 4 or 5 times now. I like the contrasting quiet/full-on sections. That bass is very powerful indeed. I liked the trance gates on here. Very smooth indeed. Nice mix too. I listened on the monitors. Maybe the panning could be narrowed a little. I'll listen again on the main system tomorrow.
Good work

Yes, I hear it now. It somewhat destroys consistency of track. Will fix that in next version. Thank You !folderol wrote:I was thinking particularly about halfway through the last part where you have that HF sound bouncing from side to side. I enjoyed this one, good pace: the way the different sections alternate each other works good for me. Nice production and choice of sounds: it flows very well.Jirka Stolfa wrote:Hi, new psytrancey version is done. What do You think ?
