I recently shipped my first Android app, called Sound Trigger. I wrote the app when I was doing sound for a local theater production. I needed a convenient way to trigger sound effects and music clips. Google Play had lots of sound board apps, but I couldn't find one that supports polyphony, volume and fade for each clip, and relocating within the clip.

If this sounds useful, check out Sound Trigger in Google Play and let me know what you think:

This is the 1.0 release, so there are still a number of features to be added, such as MP3 and OGG support. But I believe the app is stable and ready for prime time.

If you find bugs or have feature requests, you can either contact me directly or file issues in Bitbucket:

You can also see the complete list of known issues and feature requests at the Bitbucket site.

And if you like the app, I encourage you to submit a positive review to Google Play. :-)

Thanks in advance,

Boris
