I'm talking people that signed up right away. I signed up for the beta testing as soon as I saw any word on it. well over 2 years ago ( was it 3 years?). And never got anything. the only response I've gotten over the last two or three years is that it's not ready yet (for beta!). maybe this is why people think its vapor ware?
on the plus side.. I'm thinking it should be stable and solid as a rock by now? honestly can't wait to check it out though.
still annoyed that I signed up immediately and never got a chance at anything with the beta testing. it's not just me though.. I know a lot of other people that signed up right away and didn't get a chance to help out either.
I wonder how many people signed up and didn't get to help out with beta testing? more curious than anything. for the people who did... how were they selected? I wonder
I am really hoping they have an open beta pretty soon so they can get rid of as many bugs as possible on multiple platforms.

Come on now, we really don't need another Bitwig thread.

I agree, but, I think that it's a missed opportunity on their part. For me, beta testing usually builds excitement for the product. In this case, their beta came at the right time for them to capture me as a customer, but, the opportunity has passed and I'm now settled for the next few years.memyselfandus wrote:No.

i think in their crew are no one who can with hard hand lead this project to finish...there are no perfect DAW's and there never will be...Live 9 is buggy, but they are realeasing patches to fix major bugs...With all due respect guys at bitwig are like newcommer novelist who has a lots of ideas but never write a book

I bet there is no public beta and they just release a trial version of 1.0 once they finally do release their product (should they ever).
