Vendor‑Dependent Copy Protection: Customers lose. Pirates win.
(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.)

Two new Noatikl iOS tutorial videos are now on-line, should make it a lot easier to get to grips with... :)

Tutorial 2:

... and this is the piece exported from the second tutorial (posted via Twitter - neat, eh?!)

Here is a video showing Mark Harrop driving a modular set-up, from Noatikl on his iPod...:

"Using Vermona qMI quad midi to CV module for true, 4 part polyphony.
Audio sources are MFB triple oscillator and SynthTech E350/Doepfer A137.
MakeNoise QMMG and Intellijel Quadra provide the backend for the 4 voices."

Hope some of you like it!

This is an example from Noatikl for iOS, on SoundCloud:

...used 2 apps over virtual MIDI driven from Noatikl.
These I recorded into MultiTrack DAW using Audiobus. So for this, I did NOT check Audiobus in Noatikl, but just "drove" the two apps.
Used Drumjam for drum kit.
Used Sampletank for 3 tracks which is more efficient for CPU since one instance of the app can take 3 channels of MIDI - used this for bass, guitar and organ.
The lead part was played live into Audiobus in a separate take using the excellent Nave synth.
