Hello,

I am updating Komplete 8 and in the process I have to choose between:

"will be installed on the local hard drive"
And
"entire feature will be installed on the local hard drive"

In the past I guessed "entire feature will be installed on the local hard drive"

It will be nice to get some help in making the correct decision.

This should either be self explanatory or a note nearby should explain the choices so no-one needs to go to a forum and ask. Am I right about this. OK you may say it was self explanatory but I was unable to understand it. Fair enough but say it if it is so. Thank you.

'entire feature' would tend to include samples content; so I reckon that if you want to have that somewhere other than the systems drive and would prefer not to have to deal with it later, opting for the other choice would what, give you the opportunity to indicate to the installer the other location?...

that's my supposition based on my experience w. NI installers. I do not have Komplete but it stands to reason.
