Turning off a Kontakt prog after 2 second delay

I'm using a kontakt prog that plays crashes.

Its activated by a controller value of 'if ctrl 13 is between 20 - 127' (Pushing a slider)

I would like to know if there is a script available that simply deactivates the program after activation if a key is NOT pressed within 2 seconds. If a keystroke message is not received by the program within 2 seconds it could possibly make ctrl 13 0.

I would also like to know if a script is available that sends out a ctrl message EVERY TIME a program change message is sent.
