Help with ReValver

I'm a new user that has Fl Studio 10 just recently purchased shreddage 2 had problem expanding files finally got shreddage to be recognized in kontact I'm not sure if I have all the samples, files, and such. How would I check that? So far as ReValver I downloaded it several times I can't get FL Studio to recognize it. The text shows that it's there but when I try to load it, it says error #17 and shuts down FL Studio. Could you please outline step by step what I need to do to get my full shreddage library and get ReValver to be recognized by FL Studio, and be able to use it. Please assume that I know nothing I am not a tech guy I am self taught. Please help and thank you for your time.
