Ipad 2 30 pin extenstion cable suitable for use with Apple official case

Hi all,I'm looking for an extension cable to use between my Ipad2 and Behringer Istudio. My ipad has one of the standard Apple rubber cases, and I don't want to keep taking my ipad out of the case everytime I use it with the dock, I'm concerned that most of the extension cables I've seen have 30 pin connectors that will be too big for the rather small area surrounding the slot (the casing limits it.a lot, the standard recharger connector barely fits). Anyone come across extension cables with connectors that will work with this case? Needs to be available to purchase in Europe.
