Guys, I've been out and about trying a lot of different Wireless Midi Configurations with my Ipad 4 for a simple triggered drum-pad app and am overwhelmed with the amount of options presented.

I'm looking for something that is:

1 - simple
2 - no issues
3 - works

Is this Midi drumpad app available for ipad? Appreciate the help folks.

I have not researched this, but DrumStudio is the latest I've seen around.

Midi, AudioBus, APC, etc.

Guys I might have been not very clear.

These apps all seem good for their purpose.

But what I'm looking for is an iPad Drumpad app that controls the DAW on my computer via Wireless midi

i'd like to resurrect this; I too want a midi controller app for iPad, specifically one with at least 8 pads that i can use to send cc messages.
The 2 apps suggested above don't seem to be around anymore, and searching around reveals very little. Anyone any suggestions? Cheers all.

TouchOSC ist still strong but if you want something a little more pre-configured check out Kai Aras KB-1 Suite.

ahh of course TouchOSC. cheers all.

What did you end up settling on?

Oh thanks for clarifying

LK a is a very nice and actively developed lightweight clip launcher and midi sequencer. https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/lk-for-ab ... d944972221

Nothing yet but have just bought an iConnect audio2+ interface. As soon as I’ve got my head around it I’ll prob install touchOSC.

I suggest iMPC
iMPC includes more than 1200 samples, 30+ edit-able programs, & 60 plus sequences. The app allows you to record and make own samples, create and share them on Facebook, Soundcloud, Twitter
