Hello,
Does anyone know of a Windows software that makes other software's settings accessible by my USB Midi Controller (namely Korg nanoKontrol2). For example I wish to to use one of the Midi Controller's knob to adjust the monitor's brightness via my monitor's software.
I know that a Midi controller is mainly for music use, but I wish to use it for several other things because if we see it that way an USB midi controller is a "Hotkey pad" for which several things can be assigned.
Thanks in advance,
Tom

The short anwser is no. There are some USB QWERTY keyboards that have media functions on but their drivers are specific to the hardware.

I see no reason that this isn't possible using Bome's MIDI Translator combined with AutoHotkey.
