Stage lighting (wash lights)

Hi, like the title says, I'm in the market for some light's.

I've been looking on ebay but am having a tough time finding what I want.
What I'm after are two basic coloured "can light's" I think they're called... anyway, if they're not called that, basically light's that are self contained and sit on the floor and point up, rather than mounted one's.

Also, I don't want them to move or change colour or anything, (hopefully, this makes for some cheaper options) I just need a pink one on the left of the stage and a purple one on the right... these are "our colours", I know... a little girly , so maybe just something like basic flood lights with coloured changable cells exists?

We have visuals projected behing us, that's why I don't want any animation in the lighting.

you didnt state a budget...so heres the really cheap way:

get a couple of cheap par cans, 2 floor mounts and some gels (and gel frames)

you can get all that for about $80

or you can do this for a little more and itll be a bit simpler:

Hi, thanks... yeah I did forget to mention a budget, probably up to US $150ish... but a lot cheaper preferably. But yes, the ebay link looks pretty good... I had a really hard time finding ones that don't change colour... I guess that's just what people normally like

They're called par cans in their simplest form because they are just that. You buy the lamps for them separately, and they can vary in price based on wattage. For color, you usually have a gel holder on the front that you can put your own gels in - pick the colors you want and buy a roll of each one.
